GRENADA, miss. (WTVA) – Grenada police are investigating an overnight mass shooting in a biker club that injured at least 11 people.
Chief George Douglas said his officers and the deputies of the Grenada County Sheriff went to the SSMC’s private biker club on Highway 8 East and found several shooting victims after 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
They ended up in hospitals in Grenada, Winona, Greenwood and Jackson, but officials are still looking for more people who have been wounded.
Some of the victims of the shooting have already been treated by doctors and released.
Douglas added that his officers found firearms and stolen property at the club.
The boss said the police have not arrested anyone related to the case but are looking for several shooters.
The police are also still trying to find out why the shooting started.
