LAKE JACKSON, Texas (KTRK) – A mother in Lake Jackson wasn’t afraid of coming into contact with a man who allegedly ran away from police officers for looking in her daughter’s window.
Phyllis Pena told Eyewitness News that instincts kicked in when she fired 19-year-old Zane Hawkins on Sunday morning.
