KANSAS CITY, MO. – Two Parkville bars placed a friendly bet on Sunday night ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs’ next game.
Riverpark Pub and Eatery placed the bet on Al’s Bar & Grill on Facebook shortly after the Chiefs defeated the Cleveland Browns in their AFC Divisional Match.
“If the Bills win against the Chiefs, I’ll put on all of the Bills gear and work the Super Bowl for you,” the post said. “If they lose, you have to dress in Chief’s gear and work down here.”
Al accepted the challenge later on Sunday evening.
The Riverpark Pub is on Main Street and Al’s is on Northwest Highway 45.
The Chiefs will face the Buffalo Bills at Arrowhead Stadium this coming Sunday for a Super Bowl berth.
