Dozens of states filed an antitrust lawsuit against Google Thursday alleging the search giant has an illegal monopoly over the online search market that is hurting consumers and advertisers. The move marks the third lawsuit against the search giant in less than two months.
The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Washington by attorneys general from 35 states plus the District of Columbia and the territories of Guam and Puerto Rico.
