Emotions were high after Crawley Town sensationally knocked Leeds out of the FA Cup, no more than Nick Tsaroulla, who scored a heartwarming breakthrough.
The 21-year-old shocked Marcelo Bielsa’s side by scoring the goal on 50 minutes, overtaking Jamie Shackleton, charging into the box and firing a powerful shot deep into the far corner.
Tsaroulla rolled away in euphoria, revealing the emotions of a test trip. The winger’s injuries from a car accident in 2017 had halted his progression at Tottenham’s academy and resulted in his release after joining the club at age 12.
