If the House passes impeachment proceedings against President Trump for the second time in his tenure this week, the Senate would put him on trial and decide whether to remove him from office and disqualify him. The Article of impeachment accuses the president of incitement to rebellion after getting supporters to “fight like hell” before storming the Capitol, killing six and evacuating Congress.
