Conor McGregor recalled his funny first encounter with Dana White when he was only 16 – although he apparently left no impression after the UFC chief “walked away”.
The downright Irishman had a brief run-in with White at UFC 70 in 2007, just a year before he made his MMA debut.
The duo meeting didn’t quite go according to plan, however, for McGregor, who revealed in an interview how his bizarre question fell on deaf ears.

Conor McGregor remembered the time when Dana White “walked away” after their first meeting
When he first met ESPN in 2014, McGregor said, “When I was 16, I went to my first UFC event as a fan.
‘After the event, Dana stays and takes pictures with the fans. I ran to the railing and saw Dana and said, “Dana, Dana.”
“He looked at me …” How much money do you have in your pocket right now? “
